WHEREAS, the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Safe Auto Body Shop d/b/a Safe Auto Body Shop (License ID #20080000175) for the premises located at 931 Atlantic Street in Saint Paul, was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated March 19, 2015, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees and submit required information; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit required information or request a hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information or request a hearing by March 30, 2015, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Safe Auto Body Shop d/b/a Safe Auto Body Shop is hereby suspended for failure to pay delinquent license and late fees and submit required information.
The license will remain suspended until all license fees and penalties are paid in full and all required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
