WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Kathy Lantry as a Commissioner and Secretary of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) it is necessary to appoint a new Secretary and Vice Chairperson as officers of the HRA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, that the following persons are appointed officers of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota effective immediately after the passage of this Resolution:
Commissioner Dan Bostrom- Vice Chairperson
Commissioner Russ Stark- Secretary
