Purpose of Appeal: Property was rental for 9 years until November 2014. Owner plans major renovation and sale. Ran into prolonged problems with soil, pilings, footings that have now been resolved. Architect is finalizing plans after a few drafts should be submitted to pull building permit in March of 2015.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Blake and Noelle Elliott to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 339 PELHAM BOULEVARD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to have appellants get out of the Vacant Building Program conditioned on getting the permit pulled and work underway; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
