WHEREAS, Lowry Kitchen & Bar, LLC d/b/a Bookmakers (License ID #20140003650) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 291 or More Seats; Liquor On Sale-Sunday; Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing; Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk); Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio); and an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 345 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the premises is located downtown so a petition is not required; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a Liquor On Sale - 291 or More Seats; Liquor On Sale-Sunday; Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing; Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk); Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio); and an Entertainment (B) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 291 or More Seats; Liquor On Sale-Sunday; Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing; Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk); Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio); and an Entertainment (B) license are hereby granted to Lowry Kitchen & Bar, LLC d/b/a Bookmakers (License ID #20140003650) for the premises located at 345 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. The licensee shall be responsible for monitoring to ensure that patron consumption of liquor remains in the designated liquor service areas. The licensee is also responsible for maintaining the liquor service areas "compact and contiguous" between the first floor restaurant area and the 11th floor.
