Body

WHEREAS on February 4, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-89, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees billed July 14 to August 15, 2014. (File No. CRT1504, Assessment No. 158203); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1228 Danforth Street, being described as: Floral Addition N 2 Ft of Lot 22 and All of Lot 23, with the property identification number 24-29-23-33-0109 was assessed an amount of $410; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $410 to $170 due to inspector error and that Real Estate will reduce assessment to correct amount and send a new invoice; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $410, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $170 and Council File No. RLH AR 14-89 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
