Amending Council File RLH AR 14-91 to delete the assessment for Boarding and/or Securing services during September 2014 at 882 SEVENTH STREET WEST. (File No. J1503B, Assessment No. 158102)

WHEREAS on February 4, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-91, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and/or Securing services during September 2014. (File No. J1503B, Assessment No. 158102); and
WHEREAS, the property at 882 Seventh Street West, being described as: Schmidt Brewery Addition Lot 2 Blk 2, with the property identification number 12-28-23-23-0128 was assessed an amount of $1,873.07; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff contacted our office and stated that the boarding fee was assessed in error, as there was a lot split and fee was assessed to the wrong property address and wrong parcel ID number; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that this assessment is deleted; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,873.07, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Real Estate Office will re-assess to 928 Seventh Street West, PIN # 12-28-23-23-0137 and that Council File No. RLH AR 14-91 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
