Body

WHEREAS on February 4, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-85, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed December 12, 2013 to July 17, 2014. (File No. VB1502, Assessment No. 158801); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1548 Van Buren Avenue, being described as: Lindemann Place Lot 3 Blk 2, with the property identification number 34-29-23-22-0173 was assessed an amount of $1,595; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to inspector error in not closing the vacant building file; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,595, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 14-85 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
