Title

Ratifying Property Clean Up services during November 3 to 26, 2014. (File No. J1506A, Assessment No. 158505)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-3 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of November 3 to November 26, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 18, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 15-65:  174 Congress Street West;

RLH TA 15-90:  1349 Edgerton Street;

RLH TA 15-80:  511 Edmund Avenue;

RLH TA 15-58:  820 Fifth Street East;

RLH TA 15-81:  415 Finn Street North;

RLH TA 15-66:  480 Forest Street;

RLH TA 15-98:  134 Maria Avenue;

RLH TA 15-146:  1201 Magnolia Avenue East;

RLH T A 15-67:  2079 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 15-78:  1812 Ross Avenue;

RLH TA 15-87:  1169 Saint Paul Avenue;

RLH TA 15-88:  1173 Saint Paul Avenue;

RLH TA 15-84:  683 Sherburne Avenue;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
