WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Nancy Phillips to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1117 WHITE BEAR AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until March 16, 2015 for the garage door frame repair and gas meter with Xcel; grant until July 1, 2015 for the scraping and painting of the exterior garage; grant until February 25, 2015 or in accordance with the inspector's schedule for the remaining items; grant the appeal to allow the second kitchen provided that there are no locks between the two areas, upstairs and downstairs; grant owner to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program if owner moves back into the house; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
