Purpose of Appeal: The tenants moved into the house in August 2014. It has not been damaged by the tenants. They have filed an ETRA with the Court. They will be homeless if they cannot stay in the home.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lavelle Collaso by Lisa Hollingsworth to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 670 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal if the following conditions are met by the deadlines provided by the owner:
Item 2 (missing or damaged screens/storm windows) - grant until March 10, 2015;
Item 9 (window glass) - grant until March 10, 2015; and
Exterior weather sensitive items - grant until June 1, 2015; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
