RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) agreements with the United States Department of Justice for the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 in order to participate in any Federal Bureau of Investigation or Drug Enforcement Agency task force operations for this period. The agreement(s) (Attachment A) will be entered into and a copy kept on file in the Office of Financial Services.
