Purpose of Appeal: We have been staying with owner along with my boyfriend and owner is in jail unaware of condemnation notice. We have no where to go, I have a puppy and belongings of value. A. Krueger has broken shoulder.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Sonya Martinez and Adam Krueger to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1625 UPPER AFTON ROAD, UNIT A, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until close of business February 26, 2015 for the property to be vacated; tenants are granted until April 1, 2015 to go to the property from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to remove personal belongings; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
