RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Senait Tefai Ghebray the sum of $20,000 in full settlement of claimant's claim for personal injury sustained on February 1, 2013 as a result of an automobile accident on Hwy 36 near the intersection of English Street in the city of Maplewood, Minnesota.
