IT IS RESOLVED that the City of St. Paul enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 07491 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City for the use of Minnehaha Avenue, Prior Avenue, Cretin Avenue/Vandalia Street as a detour route during the contract construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 51 from Selby Avenue to Pierce Butler Route under State Project No. 6215-99 (T.H. 51 = 125).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
