Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to reallocate $90,000 of its 2015 adopted budget to most accurately reflect projected actual spending and provide appropriate levels of spending authority.

Administrative Order, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, to amend the 2015 spending budget for the reallocation of funds within the adopted budget. This adjustment is moving spending authority from salary, service and supply line items to capital to provide sufficient funding for the anticipated 2015 equipment purchase needs in Forestry. Parks and Recreation wishes to reallocate a total of $90,000 in the accounting unit budgets listed. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the particulars as indicated in the attached financial analysis.
