WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1996 accepted the Report of Completion for Vacant Building Fees billed during the time period of December 6, 2013 to August 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 18, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 15-28: 1531 Alameda Street;
RLH TA 15-34: 1561 Albany Avenue;
RLH TA 15-9: 1064 Argyle Street;
RLH TA 15-33: 1196 Ashland Avenue;
RLH TA 15-40: 941 Cypress Street;
RLH TA 15-39: 964 Euclid Avenue;
RLH TA 15-30: 1171 Dayton Avenue;
RLH TA 15-26: 1736 Nebraska Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-38: 1976 Nebraska Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-41: 1087 Randolph Avenue;
RLH TA 15-21: 537 Superior Street;
RLH TA 15-1: 452 Thomas Avenue;
RLH TA 15-XXX: 1690 Reaney Ave; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
