Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-328 accepted the Report of Completion for the improvement of the westernmost 190 feet of the alley in Finch's Addition, Block 5 (bounded by Watson Ave., Armstrong Ave., Bay St. and Osceola Ave.); and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 1, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
