WHEREAS, Council File 14-802 approved appointments of Acting Mayor in the absence of Mayor Chris Coleman, pursuant to Charter Section 3.02; and
WHEREAS, personnel changes have occured in the Mayor's Office since the adoption of that resolution and new appointments are necessary; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Charter Section 3.02, the Council of the City of Saint Paul approves the appointment of Kristin Beckmann to serve as Acting Mayor in the absence of Mayor Chris Coleman; and Dana Bailey to serve as Acting Mayor in the absences of Mayor Chris Coleman and Acting Mayor Kristin Beckmann; and Nancy Homans to serve as Acting Mayor in the absences of Mayor Chris Coleman, Acting Mayor Kristin Beckmann and Acting Mayor Dana Bailey.
