WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Delores Caldwell to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1867 MARYLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until April 1, 2015 for all items with the exception of the trailer and exterior painting on house and garage which is granted until July 1, 2015; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
