WHEREAS on January 7, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-71, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection services from April 1 to May 21, 2014 at 1493 Margaret Street. (File No. J1501E, Assessment No. 158300); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1493 Margaret Street, being described as: Bocks Division Subj To Esmts The Ely Part Of Vac Barclay St Accruing & Lot 13 Blk 2, with the property identification number 34-29-22-21-0050 was assessed an amount of $155; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deletion of the assessment due to entry error which incorrectly assessed this property; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-71 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
