Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services from September 1 to 29, 2014. (File No. J1504A, Assessment No. 158503)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1833 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of September 1 to September 29, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 4, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 14-672:  975 Beech Street;

RLH TA 14-657:  1043 Beech Street;

RLH TA 14-660:  766 Englewood Avenue;

RLH TA 14-665:  1076 Fuller Avenue;

RLH TA 14-661:  883 Galtier Street;

RLH TA 14-659:  787 Johnson Parkway;

RLH TA 14-704:  605 Lafond Avenue;

RLH TA 14-673:  1026 Lawson Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-676:  118 Manitoba Avenue;

RLH TA 14-662:  283 Maryland Avenue West;

RLH TA 14-663:  1761 Maryland Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-671:  1862 Minnehaha Aenue East;

RLH TA 14-669: 673 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 14-658:  694 Sims Avenue;

RLH TA 14-710:  307 Topping Street; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
