RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of one hundred ten thousand and no cents ($110,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Ramla A. Bile v. Jordan C. Carlson and City of St. Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-14-3235 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the accident on October12, 2011.
