Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release, the proper City officials shall pay from the Police Department's Tort Liability Fund, 1-10023200-74205-2310041000-74205, to Yost & Bail as representatives of State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of Huong Ngoc Phan, the sum of $38,177.81 for property damage to a vehicle damaged during a vehicle accident with a police squad on the 29th day of March 2013 at or near the intersection of University and Raymond, Saint Paul, MN.
