Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services from August 1 to 29, 2014. (File No. J1502A, Assessment No. 158501)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1654 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of August 1 to August 29, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 21, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessment are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 14-614: 264 Earl Street (include same PIN address at 260 Earl Street);
RLH TA 14-618: 1349 Edgerton Street;

RLH TA 14-616: 605 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-617: 723 Jessamine Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-633: 661 Lasalle Street;
RLH TA 14-678: 118 Manitoba Avenue;
RLH TA 14-615: 824 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 14-636: 2014 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 14-619: 1050 Pacific Street;
