RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of nine thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($9,500.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Eric M. Herman v. Jeffrey Lloyd Duraine and the City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-13-8573 for all claims for damages and medical bills regarding the accident occurring on September 2, 2010.
