Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection services billed May 22 to June 20, 2014. (File No. J1502E, Assessment No. 158301)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1425 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Services for the Property Code Violations billed during the time period of May 22 to June 20, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 7, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 14-592: 1560 Arlington Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-607: 1793 Arlington Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-584: 878 Fremont Avenue;
RLH TA 14-585: 763 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-604: 610 Saint Albans Street North,
RLH TA 14-593: 1373 Simpson Street;
RLH TA 14-596: 873 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 14-594: 2022 Suburban Avenue;
RLH TA 14-591: 1435 Third Street East;
RLH TA 14-595: 938 Westminster Street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
