RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into an access agreement with Takedown Pictures, LLC to provide department access for their television series about specialized law enforcement units tentatively entitled "A&E Documentary Series". The agreement will be entered into and a copy kept on file in the Office of Financial Services.
