BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 87.16 of the Legislative Code, the Council does hereby set a public hearing for proposed water service connection cut-off charges on January 21, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be at least ten (10) days before said public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation.
