Purpose of Appeal: Issue: This pipe is under our porch with no access panel. The walls are stucco. The pipe is not being used at all. Access is impossible without cutting thru the stucco walls. If we have to cut up the house we'd prefer to complete this type of repair in late Spring 2015. Not this winter.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Penelope Duerr to a Notice to Cap or Repair Rain-Leader or Standpipe at 1442 BERKELEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
