WHEREAS, on November 5, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 14-53, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate for property at 1519 University Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until December 1, 2014 for completion of the roof repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the roof repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to February 1, 2015.
