Inspector/Key Staff: Jeremy Hall
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Notes from Inspector:  11/7/14 Went inspection property is vacant and owner is now in assisted living. Owner bought house new and was the only owner and occupant in the house since it was built. RP is great nephew who is maintaining the property and doesnt want to go through with the inspection because he intends to do a truth in housing and will be having an estate sale and putting property up for sale within the month. Realtor was leaving the house when I was arriving. Sending orders to allow access and advised RP to appeal to remove from FireCofO program. Spoke with AJN. JH
