Appeal of Latita Black to a Summary Abatement Order at 841 SELBY AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: I never put a couch in front of property. However when I saw the red couch it was by where put our garbage for pick up and its other people living on the block. I feel like I'm being singled out. We are at work majority of time. The couch was out on Tuesday and garbage was picked up on Wednesday. Wednesday evening when I made it home from work couch gone. Friday letter.
