Title
Amending the budget in the Fire Department by establishing the financing and spending plans for a grant reimbursement from the City of Bloomington in the amount of $16,708.24.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the City of Bloomington for the costs associated with city employees attending Structural Collapse Technician training October 4-12, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the training expenses are $16,708.24, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $16,708.24 in excess of those estimated in the 2014 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2014 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2014 budget.
