WHEREAS, Richard Lallier has retired as Director of the Department of Public Works with a last date of employment on November 28, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Nancy Homans as Interim Director of Public Works while a search for a permanent Director of Public Works is conducted; be it, therefore,

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, that:

The City Council hereby approves the appointment of Nancy Homans as Interim Director of the Department of Public Works.
