WHEREAS on January 4, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 11-114 and RLH TA 11-462, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from August 2011 at 394 Clfton Street (File No. VB1201, Assessment No. 128800; and
WHEREAS, the property at 394 Clifton Street, being described as: Ramseys Sub of B21 Stinson Br Lot 42 Blk 21, with the property identification number 11-28-23-13-0040 was assessed an amount of $1250.00 and spread over 2 years; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1250.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and refunded by the Vacant Building Revenue Account. Council File Nos. RLH AR 11-114 and RLH TA 11-462 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
