Amending the 2014 Right-of-Way Maintenance Assessments to reduce the assessments for properties along brick alleys in select areas.

WHEREAS on October 1, 2014 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. PH 14-253, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for the 2014 Right-of-Way Street Maintenance Assessement (File No. 14ROW FINAL, Assessment No. 140032); and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has determined that assessments for properties along brick alleys in select areas should be adjusted from Street Class 4 (Oiled/Paved Alleys) to Street Class 6 (Unimproved Alley Right-of-Way) to accurately reflect the level of maintenance services being provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby reduced and that all other terms, conditions and assessment amounts previously adopted in RES PH 14-253 shall remain in full force and effect.
