WHEREAS on January 2, 2104, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-100, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed January 7 to June 21, 2013 at 648 Edmund Avenue. (File No. VB1402, Assessment No. 148801); and
WHEREAS, the property at 648 Edmund Avenue, being described as: Syndicate No. 2 Addition Lot 8 Blk 1, with the property identification number 35-29-23-14-0101 was assessed an amount of $1656.35; and
WHEREAS, DSI staff received a check shortly after owner sent in the fee; therefore, assessment should have been canceled;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1656.35, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-100 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
