WHEREAS on October 15, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-66, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and/or Securing Services during May 2014 at 2026 LARRY HO DRIVE (File No. J1411B, Assessment No. 148110); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2026 Larry Ho Drive, being described as: South Battle Creek Heights Lot 14 Blk 4, with the property identification number 02-28-22-13-0071 was assessed an amount of $475.85; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the bill had already been paid by owner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $475.85, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-66 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
