IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 06386 with State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:

To provide for a lump sum payment by the State to the City for the 4^th Street reconstruction and other associated construction to be performed upon and along 4^th Street in St. Paul and within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 6244-30.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
