WHEREAS, Cook St. Paul, LLC d/b/a Cook St. Paul (License ID #20140002595) applied for a Wine On Sale and a Malt On Sale (Strong) license for the premises located at 1124 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Payne Phalen District 5 Planning Council sent a letter to DSI in support of the 45-day waiver to add a Wine On Sale and a Malt On Sale (Strong) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a Wine On Sale and a Malt On Sale (Strong) license now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that a Wine On Sale and a Malt On Sale (Strong) license is hereby granted to Cook St. Paul, LLC d/b/a Cook St. Paul (License ID #20140002595) for the premises located at 1124 Payne Avenue Saint Paul.
