WHEREAS, on October 15, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 14-231, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Property as requested by the Property Owners during the time period of April to June 2014. (File No. 1403LDSRP, Assessment No. 144002); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1146 Seventh Street E, being described as: Terry's Addition to the City of St Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minn. Lot 7, Blk 4 with the property identification number 28-29-22-43-0009 was assessed an amount of $2,280.00; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water recommends deleting the assessment for the Parcel Number was incorrect on original paper work. Real Estate will re-assess to correct Parcel Number 08-28-22-24-0067; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 14-231 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
