Authorizing the proper City officials to pay food expenses for Labor Management Committee Effectiveness training.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Department of Public Works supports and encourages Labor - Management collaboration to increase operational effectiveness; Public Works is sponsoring a Labor Management Committee Effectiveness training on Thursday November 13, 2014 at the Municipal Equipment Garage at 891 Dale Street and;
WHEREAS, this training will be delivered by the Twin Cities Area Labor Management Council and 22 employees from Sewer and Street Maintenance Labor Management Committees will be in attendance as well as the presenter and;
WHEREAS, lunch will be provided for the attendees in order that the training can be more conducive to teamwork and can continue throughout the day without interruption,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay food expenses incurred for this event. Total cost will not exceed $175.00 which will be disbursed from funding code 1-73031103-67540.
