RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Plaintiff May See Xiong, as mother and natural guardian of Lucas Lee and their attorney John C. Goetz, Schwebel, Goetz and Sieben law firm, the total sum of twenty thousand dollars and no cents ($20,000.00) in full and final settlement of potential civil litigation for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the May 22, 2013, incident at Lilydale Regional Park referenced in Plaintiff's Complaint.
