RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Gerald Hutchinson, and his attorney, Paul Applebaum, Applebaum Law Firm, the total sum of Forty Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement of the claims asserted in Court File No. 13-CV-137 (DWF/SER) for damages arising from the incident occurring on March 28, 2007.
