WHEREAS on October 1, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-63, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean-Up services from June 4 to July 1, 2014 at 129 Bates Avenue. (File No. J1412A, Assessment No. 148538); and
WHEREAS, the property at 129 Bates Avenue, being described as: Anna W Clarks Re B9 Sub Hills Lot 4 Blk 9, with the property identification number 33-29-22-33-0065 was assessed an amount of $448; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment, as there was an inspector error made by the Department of Safety and Inspections; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $448, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 14-63 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
