WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lawrence Moloney, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, on behalf of Leonard Anderson, to a Correction Notice at 559 MCKNIGHT ROAD SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 1, 2015 for compliance with the correction order dated September 29, 2014, if the following conditions are met:
1) the property must be listed for sale by November 17, 2014;
2) there shall be quarterly reports to the Legislative Hearing Officer detailing the progress in the sale, including a list of showings and offers; and
3) all repairs undertaken shall be made under permit; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
