Title
Appeal of Daniel D. Arndt to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1164 CHARLES AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH: October 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: I appeal the order for re-inspection of the house my wife and I own at 1164 Charles Ave., St. Paul (Ref #112300). A copy of the Fire Inspection Correction Notice is enclosed.  My wife and I have owned the house for ten years, and it is occupied by our son, Jeffrey Arndt, and his wife, Cheris Arndt. Jeffrey is on disability, and they do not pay us any rent. Jeffrey acts on our behalf and is responsible for upkeep and maintenance.  In addition, we had a new furnace installed in the house in 2009 by Bonfe's Electrical Service. Copies of the permits obtained at that time are enclosed. We also have working fire detection alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in the house.  Thank you for consideration of our appeal.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: September 26, 2014
