Amending the 2014 spending budget for the Office of Technology and Communications.

ADMINSTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Chief Information Officer of the Office of Technology and Communications, to amend the 2014 spending budget for Technology Section (10016300) to increase the available spending authority in Consulting by decreasing the current amount allocated for Salary. The additional spending authority in services is needed to cover the cost of staff augmentation necessitated by multiple voluntary leaves. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis form.
