Purpose of Appeal We didn't get letter from city council. That was dated 8-14-14 we got it on 9-8-14 so we could not go to hearing on 9-3-14 at 5:30 to contest the appeal further. I don't have 1440.00 or I would have house fixed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mr. and Mrs. William Jansen to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 610 SAINT ALBANS STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for a period of 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
