Approving a request by 75 Plato LLC to release a sewer easement over/under a portion of the property at 75 Plato Boulevard West.

WHEREAS, a request has been received from 75 Plato LLC for the release of an existing sewer easement, and legally described as:
Sewer Easement in vacated West Fairfield Avenue between the west side of vacated Walter Street and the east side of Hyde Street (formerly known as Bidwell) in Robertson's Addition to Saint Paul
; and
WHEREAS, the easement right requested to be released is stated and depicted in recorded Ramsey County document numbers 527286 and 527287; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Department of Public Works has determined that said easement, as it applies to the above property, may be released; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that with the accompanying Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on behalf of the Department of Public Works for the City of Saint Paul and made a part hereof by this reference, the City for itself and on behalf of said Department, waives its right to the easement described above; and be it further
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt of a $300.00 administrative processing fee, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to record a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder and/or Registrar of Titles.
